"We had an issue getting our adjuster to approve roof replacement caused by storm damage. I called the office to ask for suggestions on how to proceed. I got Michelle and she was AMAZING! She advised me on next steps, she was always available when I called AND she stayed on top of things with me. She went above and beyond and today I was notified that our roof will be covered. A huge weight was lifted! I am so thankful for her and her kindness and dedication to her customers. What a Blessing she has been! Thanks again Michelle!"
